Emerald Bay wins propertty award
Emerald Bay, a marina developemnt at Puteri Harbour in Malaysia, has been voted the best luxury waterfront residential development at the prestigeous iProperty Best Development Awards 2015 ceremony in Hong Kong. This is the first year a development in Malaysia has recieved an award.
Held by iProperty Group, the awards recognize outstanding residential projects worldwide and aim to "promote quality and innovative property development".
Nominees were judged upon architectural design, innovation, use of space, location, construction materials, features and facilities. The international community was also invited to take part in an online voting poll for the first time using the Hong Kong-based platform GoHome.com.hk.
The winning entries were shortlisted by a judging panel, represented by Tracey Fellows, CEO & Managing Director of REA Group and Georg Chmiel, CEO of iProperty Group.
KGAL undertook the design of all the hyrdomechanical elements of the project and specified the SCADA systems and control equipment. You can read more about the project here and see a short CGI video of the overall development.
